Video Release Terms and Conditions

We do not claim any ownership to your content. You retain all of your ownership rights in your Video Submission (Content).

• By submitting your video, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content submitted to us or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms and Conditions; (ii) the use of your Content does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; (iii) you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions in your jurisdiction.

• By submitting your video, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have obtained permission from each person whose name, image, likeness, or voice (“Likeness”) is included in the submission, and that such person(s) have granted you all necessary rights to use the person’s Likeness as described herein. (ii) If the Likeness of a minor (under 18 years old as of June 16, 2019) is included, the minor’s parent or legal guardian has authorized the use of the minor’s Likeness on behalf of the minor.

• By submitting Content to Kevin Kennedy, you hereby grant Kevin Kennedy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with Kevin Kennedy (and his successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

• Some of the outlets/channels that we will distribute on is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you hereby agree that Kevin Kennedy may place such advertising and promotions on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

• I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my video, appearance, voice, lyrics, music, or participation in the video and may not make and/or distribute copies of or adaptations of any portion of the video.

• Notwithstanding the above, it is understood and agreed that you are free to publicize your appearance within the video and include a link to where a copy of the video is played.

I hereby authorize Kevin Kennedy to use and edit the submitted video content - my likeness, image, participation in, and performance on film, tape or otherwise for use in the stated project above or parts thereof. I agree that the footage may be edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of Kevin Kennedy and used in whole or in part for any and all broadcasting, non-broadcasting, audio/visual, and/or exhibition purposes in any manner or media.
